Istmo Autos is the trade name under which Kevin Josué Rodríguez Hernández operates, based in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. We sell cars brought from the United States, from the Honduras free zone to customers and dealers across Central America. We are the only seller on this site.

The site shows our inventory and reference prices. No purchase is made or paid on the site: every sale is agreed directly with us and put in writing.

• Prices are in US dollars.
• The “free-zone price” includes the car and freight to the Honduras free zone.
• The “delivered in your country” price adds taxes, import paperwork and delivery. It is an estimate: each country's customs, exchange rates and the car's appraisal can change it.
• If a country shows “On request”, ask us before deciding.
• The final price is confirmed in writing before any reservation or payment.

A car may be sold or reserved before the site is updated. Arrival dates for cars in transit are estimates and may change for shipping or customs reasons.

We publish mileage, title type (clean, salvage or rebuilt), reported damage and photos based on the information available. We recommend inspecting the car or requesting an inspection before buying. Unless a warranty is agreed in writing, cars are sold as is.

Each country has its own rules for importing cars (for example, maximum age or title type). We help you review them, but the buyer is ultimately responsible for confirming the car can be imported and registered in their country.

Terms for reserving a car, payments, deadlines and refunds are agreed in writing for each sale.

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, copy its content or photos for other listings, or try to access restricted areas or disrupt how it works.

We do our best to keep information accurate, but it may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Istmo Autos is not liable for decisions made solely on the site's information without confirming it with us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith and, failing that, before the competent courts of Honduras.
